Generating puzzle...
Solo Leveling Connections is a daily grid of sixteen character portraits hiding four groups of four. The groups can be almost anything a fan would recognise: members of the same guild, hunters who share a class, survivors of the same dungeon, shadows extracted from bosses, or characters with a family tie. Your job is to sort the grid before you run out of lives.
Everyone gets the same puzzle on the same day, which makes it a proper daily challenge rather than a lucky draw. It is a puzzle for people who know the story as well as the stats, because many groups are about what happened in a gate or a raid rather than what rank a hunter holds.
How to Play Connections
Tap four portraits you think belong together and press Submit. If all four form one of the hidden groups, they lock in, move to the top and show the group's name. If they do not, you lose one of your five lives. Lose all five and the puzzle is over for the day.
You also have two hints. Each hint reveals the name of one group you have not solved yet, without telling you which portraits belong to it. The Shuffle button rearranges the remaining portraits, which often helps you see a pattern you missed while the grid was in its original order.
Connections is a daily game with one attempt per day. When you finish, your result is recorded with the lives you lost and the time you took, and signed-in players appear on the daily leaderboard. The share grid shows the order you solved the groups in, without giving away the categories.
How to Solve Connections Without Losing Lives
Look for overlaps before you submit anything. Plenty of characters belong to more than one possible group: a Shadow soldier can also be an Assassin or a Tank, a guild master is also an S-Rank hunter, and a civilian might also be part of Jinwoo's family. When a portrait seems to fit two groups, leave it until the rest of one group is certain.
Start with the tightest group. A category like a specific guild's roster or survivors of one incident usually has exactly four candidates on the board, while broad ideas like 'strong hunters' could fit six or seven portraits. Solving the narrow group first removes the decoys from the wider ones.
Save your hints for the end. With two groups left, eight portraits remain and one hint often settles both. Spending hints at the start gives you a name but not the members, which is less useful when sixteen portraits are still in play.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many mistakes can I make?
Five. Each wrong submission costs one life, and the puzzle ends when all five are gone.
What do the hints do?
Each of your two hints reveals the name of one unsolved group, but not which characters are in it.
Is it the same puzzle for everyone?
Yes. The puzzle is chosen from the date, so every player gets the same sixteen characters each day.
Can I play more than one Connections puzzle a day?
No, there is one puzzle per day. A new one appears after the daily reset at midnight UTC.
What kind of groups appear?
Guild members, hunter classes and ranks, events such as dungeon raids, Shadow Army members, family ties and other links fans of the story will recognise.
